Driveway / Sidewalk / Walkway Pressure Wash

1) We arrive!
First stage of every clean! Our team arrives with a large enclosed trailer, full of high end commercial cleaning equipment. Fun fact, we opted for an enclosed trailer so we can keep absolutely everything we could need for a clean present at all times!
-
2) Site Walk Through
If you’re present for a clean we’ll come, knock on your door, and introduce ourselves. We’ll then ask to do a quick walkthrough, learning about the exact details of your clean, where we need to spend extra time, and important safety measures. Fun fact #2 our shirts are custom made by a local clothing manufacturer who specialize in sports clothing!
-
3) Surface Clean
Now we can begin our clean for your! Our first step would be to cover your entire driveway, walkway, and sidewalks with our surface cleaner. Our crew walk behind at a consistent pace to ensure an even clean across your driveway.
-
4) Touch Ups!
With the shape and size of the surface cleaner, on some driveway pressure washes, it doesn’t reach everywhere. Most commonly it doesn’t reach all the edges or the corners. When this happens we get our spray gun and clean those areas by hand. We use a tip designed for concrete/paver cleans to make sure we don’t etch your surface.
-
5) We Rinse!
When pressure washing a driveway all the dirt is brought up to the surface. Some driveways with low spots will have a puddle of dirty water present. That’s the last thing we want! After we’re satisfied we have removed all of the dirt from your driveway and sidewalks, we will rinse it clean and towards the drain.
-
6) Post Treatment
Not necessary with every driveway pressure wash we do. However, a great method to further clean a driveway is what is called post treatment. Post treatment involves spraying a small amount of water and heavily diluted sodium hypochlorite onto your driveway. As the solution dries into your surface, you will see a significant difference in brightness! Our team always takes great care to protect any surrounding landscaping from potential run off or overspray. A post treatment is fantastic for areas underneath trees, as it will help to prevent short-term regrowth of organic stains.

7) All Finished!
We’ll come and knock on your door to let you know we’ve finished up with your clean, and walk through the cleaned areas with you. Our crew are all set up to receive payment from check, cash, Zelle, or card payments. We often get asked which one we prefer, we prefer which ever is easiest for you! If you’re not present we will send through plenty of before and after pictures for you. We will also send an invoice to pay online by card, or Zelle, alternatively mailing a check is an option.
