First stage of every clean! Our team arrives with a large enclosed trailer, full of high end commercial cleaning equipment. Fun fact, we opted for an enclosed trailer so we can keep absolutely everything we could need for a clean present at all times!

If you’re present for a clean we’ll come, knock on your door, and introduce ourselves. We’ll then ask to do a quick walkthrough, learning about the exact details of your clean, where we need to spend extra time, and important safety measures. Fun fact #2 our shirts are custom made by a local clothing manufacturer who specialize in sports clothing!

This occurs when oxygen has reacted with the paint or coating on your exterior. A simple check for oxidization is running your fingers along the surface, if a light, chalky substance is on your fingers oxidization is present. We check for this as it determines what cleaning solution we need to use to fully clean your exterior and remove any oxidization present.

We understand that well kept landscaping is hard to achieve and the last thing we want to do is ruin that! We spray a neutralizer solution and water over surrounding landscaping to fully protect them from the cleaning solution applied.

Now we can start your clean! A soft wash approach is required for your home’s siding. A soft wash is low pressure spraying a mixture of water, sodium hypochlorite, and surfactant. This fully removes all dirt and organic build up on your siding. This approach also prevents regrowth in the near future! If oxidization is present, a different solution is required to effectively remove the oxidization.

Now your home is all clean, there’s no need to apply any further solutions. Only water! Our team will then rinse off any loose dirt with water and leave your home looking completely fresh!

We’ll come and knock on your door to let you know we’ve finished up with your clean, and walk through the cleaned areas with you. Our crew are all set up to receive payment from check, cash, Zelle, or card payments. We often get asked which one we prefer, we prefer which ever is easiest for you! If you’re not present we will send through plenty of before and after pictures for you. We will also send an invoice to pay online by card, or Zelle, alternatively mailing a check is an option.
