Pool Cage Clean Method
-
1) We Arrive!
First stage of every clean! Our team arrives with a large enclosed trailer, full of high end commercial cleaning equipment. Fun fact, we opted for an enclosed trailer so we can keep absolutely everything we could need for a clean present at all times!
-
2) Site Walk Through
If you’re present for a clean we’ll come, knock on your door, and introduce ourselves. We’ll then ask to do a quick walkthrough, learning about the exact details of your clean, where we need to spend extra time, and important safety measures. Fun fact #2 our shirts are custom made by a local clothing manufacturer who specialize in sports clothing!
-
3) Protect Plants / Belongings
To be able to give your pool deck a thorough clean, we must get everything out the way first. We don’t want to damage any of your furniture, belongings, or plants. So everything will be removed prior to starting. Please note, if it takes under 10 minutes we will move everything complimentary for you. If it takes longer we do have a $50 fee for the extra service. Some locations have taken a two person team 1 hour to move everything!
-
4) Remove Debris from Pool Cage
Most commonly leaves and twigs get caught on top of a pool cage. Before starting any clean, we will remove all debris safely for you.
-
5) Begin Soft Wash
Pool cages are delicate! They might be built to withstand storms and wind, but they aren’t made to withstand 4,000 psi of pressure being sprayed from inches away! We use a cleaning solution consisting of sodium hypochlorite, and will finely mist apply to the support structure and netting. We normally see a lot of organic build up here, especially algae and mold. This cleaning solution safely and fully removes both. Whilst being completely safe for your pool.
-
6) Rinse
After 5-10 minutes of dwell time, we are now able to begin the low pressure rinse. We’ll be safely using under 600 psi to avoid causing any damage to your paint and netting. Where we can we will rinse in a direction away from the pool, to minimize additional water getting in. When we’ve rinsed every inch of your cage, you’ll be left with a stunning transformation!
-
7) All Finished
We’ll come and knock on your door to let you know we’ve finished up with your clean, and walk through the cleaned areas with you. Our crew are all set up to receive payment from check, cash, Zelle, or card payments. We often get asked which one we prefer, we prefer which ever is easiest for you! If you’re not present we will send through plenty of before and after pictures for you. We will also send an invoice to pay online by card, or Zelle, alternatively mailing a check is an option.
